Our journey starts when our founder, Miguel, started his career by working in an Mexican engineering firm as assistant to the project manager. In his journey he gained skills, and knowledge in multiple construction and remodeling projects done by the firm in which he assisted. 

Miguel, learned team work and what components are imperative for a harmonious work culture along with compassion and understanding towards others needs, no matter the title or position. As of today, Miguel's gained experience it's what makes Micky's Renovation unique, with a culture that motivates our employees and that spreads to our clientele.
